摘要
以改性磷渣与塑料废弃物(PP、PE)为原料共混后,采用挤塑辊压成型工艺制备复合模板,并采用四因素三水平的正交实验方案对复合模板的力学性能进行了研究,找到最佳的工艺参数以指导生产实践。结果表明,第一段螺杆转速为80 r/min,机筒温度为220℃,第二段螺杆转速为60 r/min,机筒温度为160℃时,复合模板的冲击强度、静曲强度、弹性模量分别为54.7 k J/m2、56.2 MPa、5.3 GPa,复合模板力学性能较好。
After blending modified phosphorous slag with plastic waste(PP, PE), both of which are used as the raw material, using thermal molding process to prepare a composite template, and using four factors and three levels orthogonal experiment scheme to study the mechanical properties of composite templates to find the best process parameters to guide the production practice. The results show that when the first section of the screw rotation speed is 80 r/min, barrel temperature is 220 ℃, the second section of the screw rotation speed is 60 r/min, barrel temperature is 160 ℃, the impact strength, static music intensity and elastic modulus of composite templates respectively is 54.7 k J/m2, 56.2 MPa, 5.3 GPa, and the mechanical properties of composite templates are better.
