摘要
以回收聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)以及改性磷渣为原料,采用热模压成型和挤出成型工艺制备了塑料废弃物/改性磷渣复合模板。通过对两种成型工艺所得模板的断面形貌、物理性能与力学性能的比较,优选出模板生产的最佳成型工艺。结果表明:挤出成型工艺优于热模压成型工艺,由该工艺得到的模板断面形貌平整、致密,物理性能与力学性能相对较好。
With recycled polyethylene(PE), polypropylene(PP) and modified phosphorus slag as raw material, the plastic waste/modified phosphorous slag composite template were prepared by heat moulding and extrusion molding process. Comparing the section morphology, physical properties and mechanical properties of the composite templates which obtained by the two kinds of molding process, the optimum molding process for the composite template was selected. The results show that the extrusion molding process is better than heat moulding process, the template obtained by this process has the better physical and mechanical properties, and its section morphology is flat and dense.
