摘要
基于喀拉通克铜镍矿充填骨料优化试验结果,选用掺加冶炼渣的混合骨料作为充填骨料,进而开展冶炼渣充填工业试验。采用地质钻探的手段,对掺加冶炼渣的混合骨料原位胶结充填体质量进行评价。试验结果表明,在灰砂比为1∶4时,E3进路原位胶结充填体强度高于S4进路(未加冶炼渣),证明掺加冶炼渣优化了充填骨料级配,提高了原位胶结充填体强度;在灰砂比为1∶5时,E6进路原位充填体强度低于E3进路,但是满足矿山充填强度设计要求,结合井下取样强度和取芯样本的完整性,建议矿山充填进路假底层采用灰砂比1∶5,充填质量稳定后,再进一步加大冶炼渣的用量。
Based on the experiment optimization of filling aggregates in the Kalatongke copper-nickel mine,the mixed aggregate mixed with smelting slag is selected as the filling aggregate,and then the smelting slag filling industrial test is carried out.The quality of the in-situ cemented backfill of mixed aggregate with smelting slag is evaluated by means of geological drilling.The test results show that the in-situ strength of the cemented backfill of the E3 route is higher than that of the S4 route (without smelting slag) in the1 ∶4 of cement-sand ratio,which proved that the gradation of filling aggregate is optimized and the in-situ strength of cemented backfill is improved by adding smelting slag;the in-situ strength of the cemented backfill of the E6 route is lower than that of the E3 route in the1 ∶5 of cement-sand ratio,but the design requirements of filling strength is meet.Combined with the strength of test block and the integrity of the coring sample,it is recommended that the1 ∶5 of cement-sand ratio should be used in filling bottom layer,after the stability of filling quality,the amount of smelting slag could be increased.
