摘要
针对某深埋隧洞工程富水强蚀变岩TBM洞段存在的塌方、挤压大变形和流沙等问题,通过选取强蚀变岩为试验材料进行注浆模拟试验,研究了浆液在围岩中的扩散范围和固结强度特征,以及注浆方位对注浆效果的影响。研究结果表明:强蚀变岩块状渣体含量越高,浆液扩散越容易,围岩固结效果越好;距离注浆管越近处的围岩固结性能越好,灌浆材料发泡倍数越低,围岩固结强度越高;不论何种注浆方位,侧面取样强度要高于顶面取样强度。在此基础上,结合现场情况对富水强蚀变岩TBM洞段护盾部位和掌子面部位的注浆参数及支护设计进行了优化,达到了预期的止水和围岩加固效果。
Focusing on the problems of collapse,large squeezing deformation and quicksand in the TBM section of water-rich and strongly altered rock in a deep-buried tunnel project of China,the grouting experiment was carried out by selecting strongly altered rock as grouting materials.Then the diffusion range and consolidation strength characteristics of the slurry in surrounding rocks,as well as the influence of grouting orientation on the grouting effect,were analyzed.The results show that the diffusion of slurry and the consolidation effect of surrounding rocks are better with the increase of the massive slag content.Besides,as the rock is closer to the grouting pipe,as well as the lower foaming ratio of grouting material,the consolidation strength of rock is higher.The strength of side sampling is larger than that of top surface,regardless of grouting orientation.On the basis,the grouting parameters and support design of the shield and face of TBM section of the water-rich and strongly altered rock were optimized by combining with the site conditions.Finally,the expected effect of water sealing and rock reinforcement is achieved.
