铁路岩溶路基注浆引起地表位移与注浆效果评价方法 被引量:8

摘要 为揭示岩溶路基注浆引起的地层变形规律和明确岩溶路基注浆效果评价方法,基于现场注浆试验,测试了岩溶注浆孔周围不同距离的地表竖向位移,探究了岩溶路基注浆量分布特征法和注浆压力-流速-时间(P-Q-t)曲线法对注浆效果评价的适用性.结果表明:注浆量空间分布受岩溶裂隙影响呈现不均匀性,注浆量随注浆顺序递减,Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ序孔平均注浆量占总注浆量的比例范围分别为40%~60%,25%~35%,15%~25%; P-Q-t曲线按曲线形态可分为5种类型,它们可反映不同溶洞形态下的注浆过程;注浆压力在0. 1~0. 3 MPa之间时,注浆引起的地表竖向位移最大值不超过1. 5 mm,注浆影响范围介于10~15 m.采用分序注浆时注浆量时间分布特征与P-Q-t曲线类型的统计变化规律可对注浆量效果进行评价. In order to reveal the ground deformation caused by grouting and the evaluation method for grouting reinforcement for railway embankment in karst region,a field test was performed.The vertical displacement of the surface at different distances around the grouting hole was measured.The applicability of the grouting volume distribution characteristics method and the grouting pressure-velocity-time(P-Q-t)curve method for the grouting reinforcement evaluation of karst embankment was investigated.The results show that the spatial distribution of the grouting volume is not uniform due to the influence of karst fissures.The grouting volume decreases with the grouting sequence,and the ranges of the average grouting volume ofⅠ,Ⅱ,andⅢholes are 40%to 60%,25%to 35%,and 15%to 25%,respectively.The P-Q-t curve can be divided into five types that respond to the grouting process under different cavities.During the sequence grouting,when the grouting pressure is less than 0.3 MPa,the maximum vertical displacement on the surface caused by grouting is less than 1.5 mm,and the influence range is from 10 to 15 m.The grouting effect can be evaluated by using the time distribution characteristics of the grouting quantity and the statistical rule of the P-Q-t curve type in the sequence grouting.
