摘要
为了在满足充填强度的要求下降低充填成本,研制了一种廉价的新型胶凝材料,并采用单轴抗压强度试验,对比分析42.5#普通硅酸盐水泥和新型胶凝材料对尾砂固结特性的影响。试验结果表明:宝山矿尾砂属于超细尾砂,在灰砂比、料浆质量分数一定的条件下,新型胶凝材料充填体试块单轴抗压强度明显高于水泥充填体试块,其中养护龄期为7 d时,新型胶凝材料充填体试块单轴抗压强度为水泥充填体试块的3~5倍。因此,采用新型胶凝材料作胶凝剂,更有利于尾砂的综合利用。
In order to meet the requirements of filling strength and reduce the filling cost, a new cementitious material with low cost was developed, and the consolidation characteristics of 42.5# ordinary portland cement and new cementitious material on the tailings were compared and analyzed by uniaxial compressive strength test. The test results show that the tailings of Baoshan mine belongs to ultra-fine tailings. Under the conditions of certain cement sand ratio and slurry concentration, the uniaxial compressive strength of the new cementitious material filling block is significantly higher than that of the cement filling block. When the curing age is 7 days, the uniaxial compressive strength of the new cementitious material filling block is 3~5 times of that of the cement filling block. Therefore, using new cementitious materials as gelling agent is more conducive to the comprehensive utilization of tailings.
