摘要
设计了一种基于振动放大的石英音叉光纤气体传感器,并提出了一种气体浓度检测方法。传感器改变了采用前置放大及锁相放大的传统方法,利用激光反射放大的方法测量音叉臂因光声效应产生振动的幅度,利用线阵CCD作为激光反射放大的检测部件。通过实验对比,证明了该方法的有效性。
A quartz tuning fork fiber optic gas sensor based on vibration amplification is designed and a gas concentration detection method is proposed. The sensor changes the traditional method of using preamplification and phase-locked amplification. The laser reflection amplification method is used to measure the vibration amplitude of the tuning fork arm due to the photoacoustic effect,and the linear CCD is used as the detection component of the laser reflection amplification. The effectiveness of the method is verified by experimental comparison.
