摘要
光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)最早由加拿大渥太华通信研究中心的K. O. Hill等人研制而成,并在1993年提出相位掩模板制作FBG的新方法,从而降低了FBG的制作成本,使该技术得到迅速发展,并成功用于传感领域。相比于光纤EFPI传感器,FBG传感器具有灵活的复用与组网能力,在油气井监测领域,能相对降低光纤传感器的测井成本,因而得到世界各大商业油田服务公司的青睐。
Panda polarization maintaining fiber Bragg grating (PMFBG) is designed and fabricated in this paper.The variation of its reflection spectrum with temperature and axial strain is studied.The experimental results show that the fast-axis and slow-axis Bragg reflectance peaks of polarization-maintaining fiber Bragg gratings are red-shifted with the increase of temperature,but their moving rates are different.With the increase of axial strain,the fast-axis and slow-axis reflectance spectra have approximately equal moving rates.Therefore,polarization maintaining fiber Bragg grating can be used to simultaneously measure temperature and axial strain.
