摘要
为解决设备性能降低和老化问题、满足高精度电子压力计标校要求,引进新型高精度全自动压力标校系统,配套了适应不同压力计的标校转换短节、压力介质传递管路,以及管路控制高压阀件。从系统结构入手,介绍了该系统各部分的技术规格及主要性能。新型高精度全自动压力标校系统经过安装调试,成功应用于高精度压力实验室的标校检定工作中。
To solve problems of the performance degradation and aging and meet the calibration requirements of high precision electronic pressure gauge,the new high-precision automatic calibration of pressure system is introduced,calibration conversion short section,the pressure medium transfer tube Road,as well as high-pressure pipeline control valve adapt to different standard gauge are supported. Starting from the system structure,the technical specifications of each part of the system and the main performance are introduced. The new high-precision automatic calibration system is successfully used precision pressure calibration of laboratory test work of after pressure installation.
