摘要
目的观察滋肾定颤汤治疗早中期帕金森病的疗效。方法 72例早中期帕金森病患者,随机分为多巴丝肼片治疗组及中医辨证治疗组,各36例。多巴丝肼片治疗组单独给予多巴丝肼片治疗,中医辨证治疗组在多巴丝肼片治疗的基础上加用滋肾定颤汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的帕金森病综合评分量表(UPDRS)评分及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组患者UPDRS量表的精神行为及情绪、运动功能、日常活动、并发症评分均较本组治疗前降低,且中医辨证治疗组精神行为及情绪、运动功能、日常活动、并发症评分分别为(2.2±0.6)、(14.3±2.3)、(10.0±2.9)、(2.0±0.8)分,均低于多巴丝肼片治疗组的(2.9±1.0)、(16.7±2.8)、(12.4±2.2)、(2.5±1.2)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中医辨证治疗组患者治疗的总有效率为80.6%(29/36),显著高于多巴丝肼片治疗组的58.3%(21/36),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论滋肾定颤汤治疗早中期帕金森病的疗效显著,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Zishen Dingchan decoction on early and middle stage of Parkinson’ s disease. Methods A total of 72 patients with early and middle stage of Parkinson’ s disease were randomly divided into dopazide tablet group and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation group, with 36 cases in each group. Dopazide tablet group was treated with dopazide tablet, and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation group was treated with Zishen Dingchan decoction on the basis of the dopazide tablet. The unified Parkinson’ s disease rating scale (UPDRS) score before and after treatment and clinical efficacy in two groups was compared. Results After treatment, both groups had lower UPDRS scores of mental behavior and emotion, motor function, daily activities and complications respectively as (2.2±0.6),(14.3±2.3),(10.0±2.9) and (2.0±0.8) points than (2.9±1.0),(16.7±2.8),(12.4±2.2) and (2.5±1.2) points in dopazide tablet group. Their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation group had significantly higher total effective rate as 80.6%(29/36) than 58.3%(21/36) in dopazide tablet group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Zishen Dingchan decoction shows remarkable efficacy in treating early and middle stage of Parkinson’ s disease, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
