摘要
目的探讨目前我国帕金森病患者便秘现状、治疗方法及治疗效果。方法在万方数据知识服务平台以“帕金森病、便秘、治疗”为检索策略,限定文献语言种类为中文,起始时间未做限定,终点时间限定为2018年(检索日期为2018年3月25日),得到文献237篇,获得文献后初步剔除,得到62篇有价值的文献,然后根据纳入排除标准对文献进行分析。结果2 822例帕金森病合并便秘患者,年龄41~88岁,男1 665例(59.0%),女1157例(41.0%)。帕金森病病程在4~5年的患者合并便秘居多。治疗方法多样,以中医治疗为多,且有效率较高。结论目前我国帕金森病伴发便秘的治疗方法以中医治疗为主,且治疗有效。
Objective To investigate the current status,treatment methods and therapeutic effects of constipation in patients with Parkinson's disease in China.Methods "Parkinson's disease,constipation and treatment"was used as the retrieval strategy in Wanfang full-text database by the application of computer.The language type of the article was limited to Chinese,the starting time was not limited,and the ending time was limited to 2018.A total of 237 articles were obtained.After further elimination,62 pieces of valuable literatures were finally obtained and analyzed.Results There were 2 822 patients with Parkinson's disease complicated with constipation,aged 41-88 years,including 1 665 males (59.0%)and 1 157 females (41.0 %).Most patients with constipation were those with Parkinson's disease for 4-5 years.The treatment methods were variable,and the traditional Chinese medicine treatment were adopted in most cases with good results.Conclusions The treatment of constipation associated with Parkinson's disease in China is carrently mainly based on traditional Chinese medicine,and the treatment is effective.
