摘要
《生产与运作管理》是管理类专业的核心课程。然而,在各高校课程教学中,该课程的教学效果却与其重要性存在着巨大的反差。笔者根据自己多年来的教学实践经验,从教学内容和教学方法两个方面分析《生产与运作管理》课程的教学现状及存在的主要问题。然后针对该课程教学中存在的问题提出相应的教学改革思路,从而有针对性地提升《生产与运作管理》课程的教学效果。
Production and Operations Management is a core course for undergraduate students majoring in management.However,in the course teaching of undergraduate students majoring in management in colleges and universities,there is a huge contrast between the teaching effect of this course and its importance.Based on the author’s teaching experience for many years,this paper analyses the current teaching situation and the main problems in the teaching of Production and Operations Management course from two aspects:teaching content and teaching methods.Then,aiming at solving the problems existing in the teaching of this course,the corresponding teaching reform ideas are put forward,so as to improve the teaching effect of the Production and Operations Management course pertinently.
