摘要
随着社会的快速发展,物流管理逐渐成为一门专业学科,具体指在社会再生产期间,根据物质资料实体流动的规则,借助管理的基本原理和科学方式,对物流活动依次进行计划、指挥以及协调等,通过使各项物流活动实现最满意的配合,减少物流成本,提高经济效益与物流工作效率。其中,生产与运作管理课程占有重要地位,是经管类专业的主要专业课程,同时是工程类各专业的选修课程,对其进行设计具有一定意义。文中基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念,通过论述现代物流管理的定义和生产与运作管理课程的特点,明确当前教育过程中存在的不足,对物流管理专业生产与运作管理课程进行设计。
With the rapid development of society,logistics management has gradually become a professional discipline.Specifically,during the period of social reproduction,according to the rules of the physical flow of materials,with the help of the basic principles and scientific methods of management,the logistics activities are planned,directed,coordinated,etc.in turn.And through the realization of the most satisfactory cooperation of various logistics activities,logistics costs are reduced and economic benefits and logistics efficiency are improved.Among them,the production and operation management course occupies an important position.It is the main professional course of economics and management majors,which is also an elective course of engineering majors,so it is of certain significance to design it.Based on the concept of Outcome-Oriented Education(OBE),this paper discusses the definition of modern logistics management and the characteristics of production and operation management courses,clarifies the deficiencies in the current education process,and designs a production and operation management course for logistics management majors.
