摘要
通过资料数据分析了韩国农业经营主体在农业现代化、工业化、城市化变迁中的演变历程及变迁特征。在经济转型和城市化发展过程中,韩国农业经营主体经历了快速增长到逐渐减少再到稳定发展的演变过程,呈现出家庭农场数量减少、经营规模逐渐扩大、农业兼业化发展、农业合作社和农企在农业体系中占据主导地位等主要特征。韩国农业经营主体的变迁在立法保障、规模化生产经营、农业后继力量培育的资金支持、农业经营主体间相互协调发展等方面,对中国新型农业经营主体培育和发展有很好的启示。
Through material and data,the evolution process and characteristics of Korean agricultural operators in the process of agricultural modernization,industrialization and urbanization were analyzed.In the process of economic transformation and urbanization,agricultural business entities in Korea have experienced a process of rapid growth,gradual decrease and then stable development,with characteristics of the quantities decrease of family farms,the gradual expansion of the scale of operation,agricultural concurrent development,and the dominant position of agricultural cooperatives and enterprises in the agricultural system.The changes of Korean agricultural business entities brought some benefit enlightenments to the cultivation and development of new agricultural business entities in China in the aspects of legislative guarantee,large-scale production and operation,financial support for the cultivation of agricultural successor forces,and the coordinated development of agricultural business entities.
