摘要
农业劳动力老龄化发展的趋势日益严重,10年后、20年后"谁来种地、谁会种地"成为值得深思的重大问题,引起了社会各界的高度重视。国外学者主要从农业经营人才的结构、新型农业经营主体的发展、对农民进行人力资本投资及新生务农者的政策保障等方面进行了探析,国内学者从农业劳动力的发展趋势,农业劳动力的务农意愿,新型农业微观经营主体的选择,新型职业农民的培育等方面进行了探析。未来应着重加强新型农业经营主体的适应性、适度规模经营的规模及方式、农民培养与教育体系的构建、农业后继者的务农环境等方面的研究。
The aging problem of the agricultural labor force is becoming more and more serious. After ten or twenty years, "who is going to be farmers?" and "who is capable of doing farmer's works?" will be the urgent issues which we need to ponder. These issues have attracted great attention of social walks of life. Foreign scholars have conducted research mainly from the structure of agricultural management talents, the development of the new agricultural management main body, human capital investment for farmers, policy guarantee for new farmers and so on. Domestic scholars' studies focus on the development trend of agricultural labor force, the agricultural career participating willingness of the agricultural labor force, the choice of the new agricultural micro-level management main body, the cultivating of new professional farmers. Future research should focus on the adaptability of new agricultural management main body, the appropriate scale and method of the moderate scale management, the construction of the peasant training and education system, the working environment of the agricultural successors.
