摘要
分析辽宁目前新型农业经营主体的发展现状、工作实践以及取得成效,明确发展过程中面临的主要困难,进而提出加大政策支持力度、扩大融资范围、创新政策支持方式、培训新型经营主体带头人的政策建议。
This paper analyzes the development status,working practice and achievements of new agricultural management subjects in Liaoning Province,identifies the main difficulties faced in the development process,and then puts forward policy suggestions on strengthening policy support,expanding financing scope,innovating policy support methods and training leaders of new agricultural management subjects.
