摘要
现有社会工作教育面临众多挑战,不仅无法有效回应专业新生的适应和专业认知需求,课程实践形式也较为单一,难以给高年级专业学生提供贴切的实践平台,自身的专业助人文化建设也存在滞后。本文在此基础上尝试新的"互惠型成长小组"教学模式,由大三、大二、大一学生组成互惠型成长小组,通过新生生活调适、人际关系重建、专业认知教育、社会实践参与四个阶段的实施,总结出了互惠型成长小组的四点实践经验,以期为更大范围的推广提供参考。
The existing social work education is facing many challenges, not only cannot effectively respond to the adaptation and professional cognitive needs of freshmen, but also has a relatively single form of curriculum practice, which makes it difficult to provide suitable practice platform for senior professional students, and lags behind the construction of their own professional assistance culture. On this basis, this paper attempts to try a new "reciprocal growth group" teaching mode, which consists of junior, sophomore and freshman students. Through the implementation of the four stages of freshman life adjustment, interpersonal relationship reconstruction, professional cognitive education and social practice participation, this paper summarizes four practical experiences of the mutually beneficial growth group, with a view to providing reference for wider promotion.
