摘要
随着社会的不断发展,我国高校在大学生教育管理方面的问题日益突出,教育管理客体的变化导致多种矛盾的出现,这些问题的解决就成为目前高校管理人员的主要研究内容。作为一种新的教学模式,小组工作在西方发达资本主义国家得到广泛应用,并取得了不错的效果,为此,以小组工作模式在大学生教育管理中的应用为研究对象,结合我国大学生教育管理的实际情况,分析该模式在我国大学生教育管理中的使用领域,提出小组工作模式中需注意的问题,从而提高小组工作模式在大学生教育管理中的应用效果。
With the continuous development of society,the issue of education management of college students in China gets increasingly prominent,the change of education management objects leads to the emergence of a variety of contradictions,and the solution of these problems has become the main research contents for college administrative staff.As a new teaching model,the group working model gets widely used in the western developed capitalist countries,having achieved good effects.Therefore,this paper,taking the application of group working model in education management as the research object and considering the actual situation of education management of college students in our country,analyzes the field of using this model in education management,and points out problems to be paid attention to in group working model so as to improve the effect of applying the group working model in education management of college students.
