摘要
为了实现煤矿区煤层气资源合理利用,为煤矿生产提供安全的瓦斯环境,基于煤炭开发时空接替规律,探讨了适合晋城煤矿区煤层气与煤炭协调开发的一体化模式。煤层气企业在煤炭规划区或准备区进行采前预抽,在钻井、射孔、压裂、排采和集输等方面形成了一套适合晋城煤矿区高阶煤煤层气地面抽采的成熟工艺,煤层气企业在获得经济利益的同时提高了煤田勘探开发程度、降低了煤矿瓦斯突出风险。指出了煤层气地面抽采存在政策激励疲软、产能到位率低、矿权重叠矛盾等问题。晋城煤矿区煤层气地面抽采技术为其他煤矿区提供了技术思路。
In order to realize reasonable utilization of CBM resources in coal mining area and provide a safe gas environment for coal production,an integrated model suitable for the coordinated and integrated development of CBM and coal in Jincheng Mining Area is discussed based on the law of time-space re-placement of coal development.CBM enterprises cany out pre-drainage before coal mining in coal planning or preparation area,and form a set of mature techniques suitable for high-grade CBM drainage in Jincheng Mining Area on the ground in terms of drilling,perforation,fracturing,drainage and transformation and gathering.CBM enterprises in obtaining economic benefits at the same time improve the degree of coal field exploration and development,and reduce the risk of coal mine gas outburst.The paper also points out there are problems such as weak in policy incentives,low capacity,and conflicts of mining rights overlapping.The drainage technology in Jincheng Mining Area could provide the technical ideas for other coal mining areas.
