摘要
本文针对该类井探索试验了井眼重入技术,通过分析易垮塌部位,运用四维向量监测手段与数值模拟技术进行垮塌点识别,采取主井眼重钻与分支侧钻两种改造方式,重建稳定渗流通道,恢复单井产能。试验后单井产量大幅上升,恢复了单井产气能力,实现了效益开发。因此,该技术可有效解除堵塞,重建气水渗流通道,并为今后裸眼多分支水平井的改造提供了技术方向。
In this paper,the wellbore re-entry technology is explored and tested for this type of well. By analyzing the collapsible site and using four-dimensional vector monitoring and numerical simulation techniques to identify collapse points,two methods were adopted,including main wellbore drilling and branch sidetrack drilling,so as to reconstruct the stable seepage channel and restore single well productivity. After the test,the single-well output rose sharply,and the single-well gas production capacity was restored.The beneficial development was realized. Therefore,this technology can effectively eliminate the blockage and rebuild the seepage channel of gas and water,and provide the technical direction for the reconstruction of open-hole multi-lateral horizontal wells in the future.
