摘要
为了提高我国煤矿区煤层气与煤炭协调开发产业化水平与应用效果,基于煤矿区煤层气与煤炭协调开发时空机制的分析,采用层级划分法,以地面井开发和煤层群开发为分类条件,将全国13个煤炭基地的煤层气与煤炭协调开发模式归为3类,总结并完善了以晋城、两淮和松藻矿区为代表的3种典型煤矿区协调开发模式与配套技术体系。基于煤层气与煤炭协调开发方案的确定与模糊数学评价方法,提出用于评价煤层气与煤炭协调开发效果的协调度概念,建立了煤层气与煤炭协调开发的模糊综合评判模型和指标体系,并以山西晋城无烟煤集团寺河煤矿等矿井为例进行了3种典型协调开发模式下的协调开发效果的初步评价与分析,得出了协调开发状态并指出"十三五"研究方向。为促进我国煤矿区煤层气与煤炭协调开发提供理论支撑,并为协调开发模式在全国煤矿区的优选决策应用奠定基础。
In order to improve the industrialization level and application effect of coalbed methane (CBM) and coal coordination development in China,the CBM and coal coordinated development model of thirteen coal bases in China were classified into three categories,which based on the spatial mechanism analysis of coal mine area CBM and coal coordination development,and used a hierarchical classification method when the conditions were the ground well and coal seam group.Three kinds of typical coal mining area coordinated development model and matched technical system,such as Jincheng,Lianghuai and Songzao Mining Area,were summarized and improved.The coordination degree was proposed as the index to evaluate the effect of CBM and coal coordination development,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and index system were established,which based on the scheme of the CBM and coal coordinated development and fuzzy evaluation method.Meanwhile,the evaluation and analysis of Sihe Coal Mine and other mines were carried out,which represented the coordinated development effect of three typical coordinated development modes.The analysis pointed out the research direction in 13th Five-Year plan period.The results are beneficial to provide theoretical support for the CBM and coal coordinated development of the coal mining area in China,and lay the foundation for the coordinated development model in coal mine area.
