摘要
为了分析高压电脉冲技术在煤层气低产井改造的适应性,对沁水盆地南部3种类型低产井实施电脉冲增产技术改造。结果表明高压电脉冲技术对储层伤害低产井改造效果最好,压裂效果差低产井次之,递减形成低产井效果最差。该技术可以很好的解除裂缝中堵塞的煤粉、气泡,清除地层污染,快速恢复产量,对地层有很好的解堵作用。综合分析储层地质、工程以及排采等方面对措施效果的影响认为:电脉冲增产技术应优选采出程度低、一次压裂效果好、储层产水量大以及煤体结构以原生结构煤为主的储层进行实施。
To analyze the adaptability of high-voltage electric pulse technology in the transformation of low-production coalbed methane wells,three types of low-production wells in the southern Qinshui Basin were transformed with the electrical pulse stimulation technology.The results show that the high-voltage electric pulse technology has the best effect on low-production wells with reservoir damage,followed by low-production wells with poor fracturing effect,and the worst effect on low-production wells due to resource decreasing.This technology can well remove the pulverized coal and air bubbles clogged in the cracks,clear the formation pollution,quickly restore the production,and have a good removal effect on the formation.A comprehensive analysis of the impact of reservoir geology,engineering,and drainage on the effect of the measures proposes that:the electric pulse stimulation technology could preferably be implemented in reservoirs with low recovery,good primary fracturing effect,large reservoir water production,and coal body structure dominated by primary structure coal.
