摘要
以不确定性、变动性和复杂性为特征的动态环境威胁着公立医院既得的生存空间和竞争法则,资源基础以及静态核心能力已经不能保证公立医院竞争优势的可持续性。当前,学界和实践对公立医院所面临的不确定环境以及战略动态能力关注有所不足。首先,识别和归纳了公立医院所面临的不确定环境以及可能带来的冲击。其次,构建了公立医院动态能力的感知识别、协调整合、柔性管理和即兴能力4个核心维度。最后,探索性提出了公立医院动态能力与持续竞争优势关系的概念模型,以期为不确定环境下公立医院战略管理理论和实践提供一个崭新视角。
The dynamic environment characterized by uncertainty,variability and complexity threatens the past living space and competition rules of public hospitals.Public hospitals can not maintain their sustainability of competitive advantage through depending on the resource base and static core competencies.Academics and administrators of hospital management pays little attention to the uncertain inside and outside environment for hospitals and their strategic dynamic capabilities.Firstly,the manuscript identifies and concludes hospitals’uncertain environment and its possible suffering impact.Secondly,the four core dynamic capability of hospital,including the perception and recognition,coordination and integration,flexible management and organizational improvisation are established.Finally,a conceptual model of the relationship between dynamic capability and sustainable competitive advantage of public hospitals is proposed in order to provide a new perspective for strategic management and practice of public hospitals management under an uncertain environment.
