摘要
目的:研究乌药、大黄对重症急性胰腺炎大鼠肠屏障功能的影响。方法:60只SD大鼠均建立重症急性胰腺炎模型,造模后随机分为四组,对照组(A组)予0.9%氯化钠注射液灌胃,大鼠于造模后死亡或第4天处死取小肠、结肠送病理,大黄组(B组)予大黄水煎液灌胃,乌药组(C组)予乌药水煎液灌胃,乌药+大黄组(D组)予乌药、大黄水煎液灌胃,干预3天(第4天)全部处死,取小肠、结肠送病理、末端回肠行肠黏膜通透性检测,处死前下腔静脉取血行内毒素、DAO、D-乳酸检测。结果:四组黏膜结构的改变、修复有显著差异,其中B组、C组、D组均优于A组,且D组优于B组及C组。四组肠黏膜通透性有显著性差异,其中B组、C组、D组均优于A组,且D组优于B组及C组(P<0.05)。各组内毒素、DAO、D-乳酸有显著性差异,其中B组、C组、D组均优于A组,且D组优于B组及C组(P<0.05)。结论:大黄水煎液对重症急性胰腺炎大肠黏膜组织损伤有修复作用,乌药水煎液对重症急性胰腺炎小肠黏膜组织损伤有修复作用,两药合用作用效果更佳。
Objective:To study the effect of Wuyao,Dahuang on intestinal barrier function in severe acute pancreatitis.Method:A total of 60 SD rat model of severe acute pancreatitis,after building randomly divided into 4 groups,control group(group A)used 0.9%Sodium Chloride Injection to fill the stomach,the rat died or 4 days after building executed in small intestine,colon pathological,Dahuang group(group B)used the Dahuang decoction lavage fluid,Wuyao group(group C)used the black liquid medicine decoction lavage,Wuyao+Dahuang group(group D)used the decoction of Wuyao,Dahuang lavage fluid.Intervention for 3 days(the fourth day),the intestinal mucosa was detected by intestinal tract,colon pathology and terminal ileum,The intravenous blood endotoxin,DAO,d-lactic acid test were taken in the inferior vena cava.Result:The changes of repair mucous membrane structure had significant differences among the four groups,and group B,C,D were superior to group A,group D was better than that of group B and group C.The intestinal mucous membrane permeability among the four groups had significant differences,and group B,C,D were superior to group A,group D was better than that of group B and group C(P<0.05).The endotoxin,DAO,D-lactic acid had significant difference among the four groups,and group B,C,D were superior to group A,group D was better than that of group B and group C(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dahuang Decoction can repair the damage of large intestinal mucosa in severe acute pancreatitis.Wuyao Decoction can repair the damage of small intestinal mucosa in severe acute pancreatitis.The combination of the two drugs has better effect.
