正念教养对幼儿害羞和社交淡漠的影响:亲子关系的中介作用 被引量:26

摘要 本研究以642名幼儿及其家庭为研究对象,采用正念教养问卷、亲子关系质量问卷和儿童社会偏好量表,考察家庭正念教养对幼儿社会偏好的影响,并分析亲子关系的中介作用,结果发现不同年级的幼儿在亲子亲密性、害羞和社交淡漠上存在显著差异;女孩的害羞水平比男孩高;正念教养与亲密性亲子关系呈显著正相关,与冲突性亲子关系以及幼儿害羞和社交淡漠呈显著负相关,与依赖性亲子关系的相关不显著;亲密性亲子关系与幼儿害羞和社交淡漠呈显著负相关;正念教养通过亲子关系的中介作用对幼儿害羞和社交淡漠产生影响,亲密性亲子关系在正念教养与幼儿害羞和社交淡漠关系中的中介作用最明显。父母应树立正念教养理念,推进正念教养实践,促进良好亲子关系的建立,为幼儿社会心理的发展提供温暖的家庭支持。 Mindful parenting is conducive to improve shyness and social indifference in children’s social preferences. The study used 642 children’s families as the research objects,using the mindful parenting questionnaire,parent-child relationship quality and social preference scale to investigate the influence of mindful parenting on children’s social preferences,and analyze the mediating mechanism of parent-child relationship. Research indicates:(1)Young children of different grades have significant differences in parent-child intimacy,shyness and social indifference;(2)girls are more shy than boys;(3)Mindful parenting was positively correlated with intimate relationship,negatively correlated with conflicting relationship,shyness and social indifference preferences,and was no significantly correlated with dependent relationship.(4)Intimate relationship was negatively correlated with shyness and social indifference.(5)Mindfulness parenting has an influence on the shyness and social indifference of children through the intermediary role of parent-child relationship. The intimate parent-child relationship plays the most important role in the relationship between mindfulness parenting and child shyness and social indifference. In the actual family education,we should pay attention to the important of mindful parenting,promote the concept and practice of mindful parenting,and promote the establishment of good parent-child relationship to serve the development of young children.
