摘要
采用正念教养量表、父母应对幼儿消极情绪量表,对180名大班幼儿的父母进行问卷调查,考察正念教养与父母对幼儿消极情绪反应方式之间的关系,以及两者关系是否因幼儿性别不同而有异。结果表明:正念教养显著正向预测父母支持性反应方式(鼓励表达情绪、情感关注反应、问题关注反应)、负向预测非支持性反应方式(惩罚反应、忽略反应、忧伤反应)。幼儿性别调节正念教养与父母反应方式之间的关系:对于大班男孩而言,正念教养对父母支持性反应方式、非支持性反应方式的作用均成立;对于大班女孩而言,正念教养对父母的鼓励表达情绪、忽略反应的作用并不显著。研究结果对于改善父母对幼儿消极情绪反应模式具有重要理论和实践意义。
With the sample of 180 Chinese parents of senior class children,we used the IMP scale and CCNES scale to explore whether mindful parenting can predict parent’s reaction to children’s negative emotions of senior class children,and whether the predicative effect of mindful parenting has gender difference among children.The results showed that mindful parenting significantly and positively predicted parent’s supportive reaction to children’s negative emotions(expressive encouragement,emotion-focused reactions,problem-focused reactions),while significantly and negatively predicted parent’s non-supportive reaction to children’s negative emotions(distress reactions,punitive reactions,minimization reactions).Children’s gender moderates to the relationships between mindful parenting and parent’s reaction to children’s negative emotions.The effect of mindful parenting on parent’s supportive and non-supportive copying were all significant for boys,yet the effect of mindful parenting on expressive-focused reactions and parent’s minimization reactions were not significant for girls.With the perspective of mindful parenting,these findings are of practical and theoretical importance to parent’s reaction to senior class children’s negative emotions.
