摘要
食品质量与安全专业具有综合性、应用性、实践性强的特点,基于OBE教育理念的专业实践教学改革,主要围绕学生的学习成果与能力体现,改善其专业的教学体系,优化实践教学内容,强化多元实践环节和创新考核方式,等等,构建基于OBE教育理念实践教学人才培养体系,提高其专业实践教学质量,强化学生的综合实践能力。
The food quality and safety professional with the characteristics of a comprehensive and practical applicability,based on the OBE education concept of professional practice teaching reform,mainly around the students' learning outcomes and the ability to reflect,to improve their professional teaching system,optimize the practice teaching content,strengthening practice link and the innovation performance evaluation way,build based on the concept of OBE's education practice teaching personnel training system,improve the quality of their professional practice teaching, strengthening students' comprehensive practice can service.
