摘要
产学研合作培养复合创新型人才是一种先进的人才培养机制,更加强调多个组织协调,以便于促进复合创新型人才的诞生。本文从复合创新型人才培养的内涵及需求出发,详细分析了产学研在协同培养复合创新型人才中存在的问题,提出保障产学研协同视角下培养复合创新型人才模式的运行途径。
Industry-university-institute cooperation is an advanced talent training mechanism,which emphasizes the coordination of multiple organizations,so as to promote the birth of compound innovative talents.Starting from the connotation and demand of the cultivation of compound innovative talents,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the collaborative cultivation of compound innovative talents by industry-university-research institute,and puts forward the operation way of cultivating compound innovative talents from the perspective of industry-university-institute collaboration.
