摘要
新能源产业是国家重点发展的战略性新型产业,高素质的应用型工程技术人才是推动产业快速发展的决定性因素。将CDIO工程教育理念应用到新能源专业人才培养中,构建以学生能力培养为目标的人才培养模式,可以解决当前新能源产业人才培养中增强实践性和创新性的问题,这对加紧培养一批创新性强、能够适应新能源产业发展的应用型工程技术人才具有重要意义。
The excellent applied engineering talents are the decisive factor to promote the development of new energy industry, which is the national strategic new industry. This paper introduces the concept of CDIO engineering education applied in cultivation of the new energy professional talents and builds the mode of students'ability training to solve the practical and innovative problems in the new energy professional talent training, which is of great significance for training the innovative application - oriented engineering talents suitable for the new energy industry development.
