摘要
噪声传递函数是评价车身噪声特性的重要指标,同时也是轿车设计前期控制NVH性能的重要手段之一。该文以某带内饰车身为研究对象,采用前处理软件HyperMesh建立带内饰车身的有限元模型和声腔模型,利用MSC.Nastran进行噪声传递函数分析。利用动刚度、模态贡献量和面板贡献量分析的方法对不满足设计目标的接附点传递函数峰值进行分析和优化,最后得到效果明显的优化方案,有效地降低了车内噪声,提升了车辆的NVH性能。
Noise transfer function is an important index to evaluate the noise characteristics of car body, and is also one of the important means to control NVH performance in the early stage of car design. In this paper, a car body with interior trim is taken as the research object, the finite element model and acoustic cavity model of the car body with interior trim are established by using the preprocessor HyperMesh, and the noise transfer function is analyzed by using MSC.Nastran. The peak value of transfer function of the junction point that does not meet the design target is analyzed and optimized by analyzing the dynamic stiffness, modal contribution and sheet metal contribution. Finally, an effective optimization scheme is obtained, which effectively reduces the inner noise and improves the NVH performance of the vehicle.
