摘要
针对某款MPV承载式车身振动传递函数的获取和处理,结合小波包分析给出VTF方法。首先,通过动态采集系统在频域范围获得加速度频率响应信号,接着通过利用DWPT小波包技术对频响信号进行滤波分层分解,并在考虑残余能量比例的情况下选取合适全局阀值进行压缩,最后,结合频域信号的相干函数曲线选取优势频率,并对比其频率响应函数峰值得到振动传递函数。结果表明,该方法为研究整车NVH性能提供了一定的参考。
Aiming at the acquisition and processing of vibration transmission function of a certain type of MPV vehicle body,the VTF method is given with wavelet packet analysis.Firstly,the acceleration frequency response signal is acquired in the frequency domain through the dynamic acquisition system.Then,the filtering and hierarchical decomposition of the frequency response signal is carried out by the MATLAB wavelet packet analysis GUI tool,and the appropriate global threshold is selected for compression in consideration of the residual energy proportion.Finally,the predominant frequency is selected according to the coherence function curve of the frequency domain signal,and the vibration transfer function is obtained by comparing the peak value of the frequency response function.The results show that this method can effectively evaluate the vehicle NVH performanc.
