摘要
为了验证汽车动力总成悬置支架动刚度对车身NVH性能的影响,该文采用HyperWorks软件建立内饰车身有限元模型,利用Nastran软件对模型进行了悬置支架动刚度、振动和噪声传递函数分析。通过对悬置支架的优化,解决了由于左、右悬置支架动刚度过小导致的座椅导轨振动大、驾驶员右耳噪声高的问题,为车身NVH性能开发提供了指导意见。
In order to verify the influence of dynamic stiffness of the suspension bracket on the NVH performance of the vehicle body, this paper establishes the finite element model of trimmed body by using HyperWorks, and analyzes the dynamic stiffness, vibration and noise transfer functions of the suspension brackets by using Nastran. Through the optimization of the suspension brackets, the problems oflarge vibration of the seat guide rail and high noise in driver's right ear caused by too small dynamic stiffness of the left and right suspension brackets are solved, which provides guidance for the development of NVH performance of the vehicle body.
