摘要
针对某研发车型整车啸叫问题,经过测试分析确定该啸叫来源于其匹配的双离合变速器。在此基础上分别对变速器激励源、空气传递路径和结构传递路径进行系统分析,通过对激励源的阶次分析对比,空气传递路径的声声灵敏度测试与分析,以及结构传递路径的解耦验证,确定产生整车啸叫的主要问题根源,进而采取合理的优化措施,有效解决了整车变速器啸叫问题。同时总结了啸叫问题系统分析和控制的方法和指标,为变速器整车匹配啸叫问题的前期控制和系统级目标的建立提供指导和参考。
Aiming at the whining problem of a research and development vehicle, the test analysis confirms that the whining originates from its matching dual clutch transmission. On this basis, the transmission excitation source, air transmission path and structure transmission path are systematically analyzed. By analyzing and comparing the order of excitation source,testing and analyzing the acoustic sensitivity of air transmission path, and structure transmission path, the main causes of the whining are determined. Reasonable optimization measures are adopted to effectively solve the problem of the transmission whining. At the same time, the methods and indicators of system analysis and control of gear whining problem are summarized, which has a certain guiding significance for the pre-control of gear whining problem of transmission and the establishment of system level objectives.
