摘要
刮板输送机的中部槽工况条件恶劣,易发生损坏。针对这一问题,首先介绍了中部槽的结构和安装特点,然后分别对推溜和拉架工况下的中部槽受力状况进行了分析;在此基础上,利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了中部槽的仿真模型,分析可知,槽帮两侧凸耳、拉移耳、中板连接焊缝等位置的应力较大,应分别从设计、制造和维护等方面入手,延长中部槽使用寿命。
The working condition of the middle trough of scraper conveyor is bad,and it is easy to be damaged.In view of this problem,this paper firstly introduces the structure and installation of the middle trough,and then analyses the stress conditions of the middle trough under sliding and pulling conditions respectively.On this basis,the simulation model of the middle trough is established by using ABAQUS finite element software.It is known that the stresses of lugs on both sides of the groove side,pull lugs and weld joints on the middle plate are relatively large,and the service life of the middle trough should be improved from the aspects of design,manufacturing and maintenance respectively .
