摘要
针对霍州煤电辛置煤矿服役中的刮板输送机中部槽出现断裂的故障问题,借助ANSYS workbench有限元仿真软件,完成了中部槽疲劳强度分析工作。结果表明,中部槽槽帮肋板根部应力集中较为明显,载荷可循环次数为7923次,是导致中部槽肋板断裂故障的主要原因。将中部槽肋板倒角尺寸由25 mm降低至15 mm之后,进一步计算得出,中部槽肋板根部的载荷可循环次数为12350次。中部槽疲劳寿命得到了明显提升,改进效果显著。
In view of the broken middle groove of the scraper conveyor in the Xinzhi Colliery of Huozhou Coal and Electricity Group,the paper analyzes the fatigue strength of the middle groove using ANSYS workbench finite element simulation software,whose results show that the stress concentration at the root of the rib plate in the middle groove is relatively obvious,with only 7923 cycles of load,which is the main reason for the fracture failure of the rib plate in the middle groove.After reducing the chamfer size from 25 mm to 15 mm,it is further calculated that the load cycle times of the central groove rib root is 12350 times.The fatigue life of the middle groove has been significantly improved,and the improvement effect is remarkable.
