中部槽作为刮板输送机的主要部件,其强度、刚度、耐磨损能力对输送机正常运行影响较大。对中部槽进行结构分析,比较不同结构形式下的中部槽性能。对中部槽工作时推移阻力进行计算,根据计算结果优化中部槽设计。选择合适材料,对关键零件强化处理,定期清理维护,延长中部槽的使用寿命。
As a major part of scraper conveyor, the central groove's strength, stiffness and abrasion resistance have a great impact on the normal operation of the conveyor. This article expands structural analysis of the central groove and compares its performance under different structural forms. Calculate central groove resistance under work, based on which to optimize the central groove design. Then selecting the appropriate materials, enhancing treatment of critical parts, and getting periodic cleaning and maintenance to extend the life of the central groove.
