摘要
在基于全面发展的新时代职业学校学生发展目标指引下,本文采用德尔菲法和层次分析法相结合,借鉴了非营利性组织常用的平衡记分卡方式,构建了由5个一级指标和20个二级指标组成的高职学生社团绩效评估指标体系,探讨了学生社团绩效考核的特点及本研究的不足之处,为客观、科学的评价高职学生社团活动提供了参考。
Guided by the vocational students'development goals in the new era based on all-round development,this article constructs a performance evaluation index system of vocational students'associations,which consists of five first-level indicators and 20 second-level indicators using Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and balanced scorecard method commonly used by non-profit organizations.In addition,this paper discusses the characteristics of performance evaluation of student associations and the inadequacies of the study to provide evidence for the objective and scientific evaluation of the activities of higher vocational students'associations.
