摘要
伴随着新时代内外部发展环境的变化,教育政策战略调整加快,新一轮高等教育结构优化和质量变革蓄势待发,地方普通本科高校向一流进发的机遇空前。福建江夏学院以转型发展为契机,形成了特色鲜明的改革模式和发展路径。在新的更高起点上,必须坚持"四个回归"要求、强化"八个一流"要素,走一条独具特色、更高质量、可持续发展的区域一流应用型本科大学建设道路。
Along with the changes of the internal and external development backdrop in neo-era, and the rapid strategic adjustment of education policy,it is imminent for new-round structural optimization and quality reform in higher education,offering an opportunity for local average college heading for first-rate rank.Fujian Jiangxia University should grasp the opportunity of transformation,take shape of characteristic reform mode and development path.At the higher starting point,the paper suggests to insist on the requirements of "Four Returns",intensify the elements of "Eight First-rate",choose the path of establishing the regional first-rate application-oriented university with unique characteristics,higher quality and susta inable development.
