摘要
新时代高等教育改革发展对高等院校的发展提出了新要求,随着地方本科高校向应用型转变,应用型本科高校占比显著提高。然而,学校的办学定位、人才培养目标、科研建设平台等问题日益突出,着力推进应用型本科高校高质量内涵式发展越来越紧迫。该文分析了高等院校内涵式发展的内涵,进一步解读应用型本科高校实施高质量内涵式发展的必要性,进而全面深入地探究推动高质量内涵式发展战略的相关举措。
Under the situation of higher education reform and development in the new era,new requirements are put forward for the development of colleges and universities.With the transformation of local undergraduate colleges and universities to application-oriented colleges and universities,the proportion of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities has increased significantly.However,the school’s school orientation,talent training objectives,scientific research and construction platform and other issues are becoming increasingly prominent.It is more and more urgent to promote the high-quality connotative development of applicationoriented undergraduate colleges and universities.By analyzing the connotation of connotative development in colleges and universities and further interpreting the necessity of implementing high-quality connotative development in applied undergraduate colleges and universities,this paper comprehensively and deeply explores the relevant measures to promote high-quality connotative development strategy.
