摘要
目的:分析探讨对葡萄膜炎合并白内障患者实施超声乳化手术治疗的效果和对血-房水屏障功能影响。方法:收治实施超声乳化手术葡萄膜炎患者126例,随机分为两组,对照组实施常规手术治疗,观察组采用超声乳化手术治疗,对比两组的治疗效果和治疗前后的视力、房水蛋白浓度。结果:观察组治疗有效率明显优于对照组。治疗后,两组患者视力水平和房水蛋白浓度明显改善,观察组改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对葡萄膜炎并发白内障患者实施超声乳化手术治疗,可以改善患者视力情况,降低房水蛋白浓度,是一种安全、有效的治疗方式。
Objective:To analyze the effect of phacoemulsification on patients with uveitis complicated with cataract and the effect on blood-aqueous barrier function.Methods:126 patients with uveitis who underwent phacoemulsification were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group received routine surgery,the observation group was treated with phacoemulsification,nd the therapeutic effects and visual acuity and aqueous humor protein concentration before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.After treatment,the visual acuity level and aqueous protein concentration of the two groups were significantly improved,and the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05 the difference was significant.Conclusion:The treatment of phacoemulsification in patients with uveitis complicated with cataract can improve the visual acuity of patients and reduce the concentration of aqueous humor protein.It is a safe and effective treatment method.
