摘要
目的探讨循证护理在葡萄膜炎中的应用效果。方法选择2017年1—12月我院收治的葡萄膜炎患者100例作为研究对象,以随机数表法,将其分为对照组(采取常规护理)与研究组(采用循证护理),每组各50例。随访3个月,评价两组患者对治疗的依从性,以及对葡萄膜炎知识的掌握度。结果研究组对治疗的总依从率为96.00%,高于对照组80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组葡萄膜炎知识问卷评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理应用于葡萄膜炎中效果显著。
Objective To explore the application of evidence-based nursingin uveitis. Methods 100 cases of uveitis in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as the study objects and they were divided into control group（routine nursing） and research group（evidence-based nursing）, 50 cases in each group. After 3 months follow-up, the compliance of the two groups of patients to the treatment and the knowledge of uveitis were evaluated. Results The total compliance rate of the study group was 96.00%, higher than that of the control group 80.00%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The score of uveitis knowledge questionnaire in the study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Evidencebased nursing is very effective in uveitis.
