摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径对行超声乳化联合人工晶体植入白内障患者康复进程及生活质量的影响。方法回顾性收集我院2018年11月-2019年9月收治的79例白内障患者临床资料,依据护理方式分为对照组39例和观察组40例。两组均行超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术,在此基础上,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予临床护理路径,比较两组康复进程及生活质量。结果相较对照组,观察组住院时间、医疗费用较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组护理后自理能力、社交能力、心理状态、活动能力评分均较护理前高,且观察组较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论行超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术的白内障患者采用临床护理路径可缩短其住院时间,改善生活质量,促进身体恢复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective This paper aims to explore the effect of clinical nursing path on the rehabilitation process and quality of life of cataract patients undergoing phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.Methods The clinical data of 79 cataract patients admitted from November 2018 to September 2019 in our hospital were collected retrospectively.They were divided into 39 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the observation group according to the nursing methods.Both groups underwent phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation.On this basis,the control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given clinical care.The rehabilitation process and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower hospitalization time and medical expenses,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the self-care ability,social ability,mental state and activity ability scores of the two groups after nursing were higher than before the nursing,and The observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing route for cataract patients undergoing phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation can shorten their hospital stay,improve the quality of life,and promote physical recovery,which is worthy of clinical application.
