摘要
目的分析人文关怀理念应用于白内障手术老年患者术后护理中的效果。方法简单随机选取2021年6月—2022年6月六盘水市人民医院接受手术治疗的60例白内障老年患者为研究对象,根据“抛硬币”法(正面和反面)分为研究组(人文关怀护理)、对照组(常规护理),每组30例,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果护理后,研究组的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的护理满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的护理依从率为96.67%,高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.192,P<0.05);护理后,研究组的焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论人文关怀应用于老年白内障患者术后护理中,可提高护理有效性,调节患者的负面情绪,让老年白内障患者生活质量提升,患者的护理满意度较高。
Objective To analyze the effect of incorporating humanistic care apply to postoperative care for elderly patients undergoing cataract surgery.Methods From June 2021 to June 2022,60 elderly patients with cataract who underwent surgical treatment in Liupanshui People's Hospital of Guizhou Province were simple randomly selected as the research objects.According to the"flip a coin"method(front and back),they were divided into study group(humanistic care nursing)and control group(routine nursing),with 30 cases in each group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing compliance rate of the study group was 96.67%,higher than 76.67%the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.192,P<0.05);after nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the study group were lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic care in postoperative care of elderly cataract patients can improve nursing effectiveness and safety,regulate negative emotions of patients,improve the quality of life of elderly cataract patients,and increase patient satisfaction with nursing.
