摘要 针对蓄电池的开路故障,根据蓄电池发生开路故障的运行特性,研究设计一种温控旁路型电池开路保护器,可实现自动判断并快速解决电池开路故障,从而保护蓄电池组正常对外供电运行。该开路保护器,采用无源工作方式,利用快恢复功率二极管作为启动元件来自动判断并短接处理开路故障电池,利用旁路温控开关来解决快恢复严重发热问题,维持长期运行。 Aiming at the open circuit fault of storage battery, according to the operating characteristics of open-circuit fault of storage battery, a kind of temperature-controlled bypass battery open-circuit protector is designed, which can automatically judge and solve the open-circuit fault of battery quickly, so as to protect the normal external power supply operation of storage battery pack. The open-circuit protector adopts passive mode, uses fast recovery power diode as starting component to automatically judge and bypass open-circuit faulty batteries, and uses bypass temperature control switch to solve the serious heating problem of fast recovery, and maintains long-term operation.
