摘要
卫星用锂离子蓄电池组的旁路开关(bypass)元器件起着串联并联块、隔离故障单体电池的重要作用。对其可靠性特征进行验证(包括静态特性、动态抗干扰特性、动作可靠性),各项试验结果均满足指标要求,可靠性得到验证。锂离子蓄电池组中bypass元器件的设计安装,增加了蓄电池组在轨发生单体故障后的控制手段,提高了产品的可靠性,为中高轨卫星的长寿命提供更加有效的保障。
Bypass for satellite li-ion batteries can connect modules in series and remove the failure cells from the serial circuit. Research on the reliability of bypass for satellite li-ion batteries(static performance, dynamic performance) has been done, and the results show that bypass has excellent reliability. The use of bypass for li-ion batteries has provided a good control method for failure cells in orbit,which improves the reliability of MEO/GEO satellites.
