摘要
提出基于位移累加原理的直线驱动器,采用形状记忆合金作为驱动元件,能提供较大的力和位移,但其工作频率受加热和冷却方式的影响。就几种不同加热、冷却方式所测得的结果进行分析比较,提出最优的加热、冷却方式,并提出基于PIC单片机的加热冷却控制方法。
Presents the linear motor based on the principle of cumulative displacement,with shape memory alloy as the driving element,which can provide greater force and displacement.But its work frequency will be affected by heating and cooling mode.Puts forward the best heating,cooling method on the base of analyzing and comparing the results acquired by several different heating,cooling methods,and ultimately puts forward the heating and cooling control method based on the PIC micro-processor.
