摘要
目的探讨EZH2、PCNA在金黄地鼠颊囊黏膜癌前病变中的表达及意义。方法用20只金黄地鼠建立颊囊黏膜癌前病变的动物模型,免疫组化SABC法研究EZH2、PCNA的表达,并探讨EZH2与PCNA的关系。结果 EZH2、PCNA在癌前病变组织中高表达,在正常组织中低表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,EZH2和PCNA表达具有相关性。结论 EZH2、PCNA参与口腔黏膜癌前病变的发生与发展,PCNA的表达与EZH2显著相关,它们的异常表达有助于口腔黏膜癌前病变的早期诊断。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of EZH2 and PCNA in golden hamster cheek pouch precancerous lesions. Methods An animal model of precancerous lesions of cheek pouch mucosa was established in 20 golden hamsters. The expression of EZH2 and PCNA were examined by immunohistochemical SABC method, and the relationship between EZH2 and PCNA was discussed. Results The expression of EZH2 and PCNA in precancerous lesions was significantly higher than that in normal tissues, and there was a correlation between the expression of EZH2 and PCNA in precancerous lesions. Conclusion EZH2 and PCNA may play a role in the occurrence and development of oral precancerous lesions. The expression of PCNA was significantly correlated with EZH2. Their abnormal expression may be helpful for the early diagnosis of oral precancerous lesions.
