转录因子FOXM1与PCNA在食管鳞癌中的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨叉头框转录因子M1(forkhead box protein M1,FOXM1)与增殖细胞核抗原(proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及意义。方法:收集46例确诊为食管鳞癌的病人癌组织、癌旁组织和远端正常组织,免疫组化检测FOXM1和PCNA在三种组织中的表达水平,并进行相关性分析。结果:FOXM1和PCNA表达水平为癌组织>癌旁组织>远端正常组织,三组之间二者表达水平差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关性分析发现食管鳞癌组织中FOXM1与PCNA的表达水平存在线性正相关的关系。结论:FOXM1和PCNA在食管鳞癌组织中高表达,二者表达水平呈正相关。 Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of forkhead box protein M1(FOXM1) andproliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC) tissue. Methods: ESCCtissue samples, adjacent tissue samples, and distal normal tissue samples were collected from 46 patients with a defi-nite diagnosis of ESCC. Immunohistochemistry was used to measure the expression of FOXM1 and PCNA, and a cor-relation analysis was performed. Results: ESCC tissue samples had the highest expression levels of FOXM1 and PC-NA, followed by the adjacent tissue samples and the distal normal tissue samples, and there was a significant differ-ence in expression level between any two groups. The correlation analysis showed that the expression level ofFOXM1 was positively correlated with that of PCNA. Conclusions: FOXM1 and PCNA are highly expressed in ES-CC, and there is a positive correlation between the expression levels of FOXM1 and PCNA.
