创客教师教学能力提升研究的反思与建议 被引量:17

摘要 随着创客教育的发展,无论是面向教师角色转变,还是面向教学模式革新,创客教师均亟待提升教学能力。为此,文章首先对创客教师教学能力提升研究进行了反思,发现目前此方面研究关注多元能力,亟待进行系统研究;应以理论为导向,以实践促反思;需聚焦于创新人才培养的价值理念。在此基础上,文章针对创客教师教学能力的现状与成因,从创客教师教学能力的需求分析、结构模型、提升策略、评价方式等角度,提出了创客教师教学能力提升研究的建议。文章的研究将有助于打造创客教师队伍,推动我国创客教育的发展。 With the development of marker education, marker teachers need to improve their teaching ability whether facing the transformation of teachers' role or the innovation of teaching model. Thus, this paper firstly carried out reflection on the research of teaching ability improvement of marker teachers. It was found that the current research focused on the multiple ability, which urgently needed a systematic research. Meanwhile, it was proposed that the research of teaching ability improvement of marker teachers should be guided by theory, promote the reflection by practice and focus on the value concept of innovative talent training. On this basis, aimed at the current situation and causes of maker teachers' teaching ability, some suggestions for the research of teaching ability improvement of maker teachers were put forward from the perspectives of demand analysis, structural model, promotion strategy and evaluation method of maker teachers' teaching ability. The research of this paper could help to build up a team of makers teachers and promote the development of maker education in China.
