摘要
人工智能时代背景下,我国创客教育建设进入了全面发展时期,这对从事创客教育教师的综合素质提出了更高的要求。创客教师的发展对创新教育变革、新时代教师队伍建设和创新人才培养起到积极作用。然而我国创客教师队伍却存在培养体系不完善、创新领导力不足、学科教师角色转型困难、专业发展能力不强等问题。人工智能与创客教育的深度融合,为创客教师的发展带来新思考。只有抓住人工智能时代发展机遇,才能有效地释放创客教师的生产力,催化创客教师的角色转变,激发创客教师的教育研究潜能,重塑创客教师的能力结构。创客教师未来发展需要坚持五大发展路径:一是构建职前职后一体化培养体系,二是提升创客教师的人工智能相关知识与技能,三是提供智能化、精准化和个性化的创客教研服务,四是增强创客教师的活力,五是帮助创客教师适应创客教育生态文化。
In the context of the era of artificial intelligence,maker education is entering a period of comprehensive development,which puts forward higher development requirements for the comprehensive quality of maker teachers.The development of maker teachers plays an important role in the revolution of innovation education,the construction of a new era of teaching staffs and the cultivation of innovative talents.However,maker teaching staffs in China has many problems such as the incomplete system of teacher training,the lack of innovative leadership,the difficulty of disciplinary teacher transformation and the weakness of professional development capability.The deep integration between artificial intelligence and maker education brings new thoughts for the development of maker teachers.It is high time to seize the new development opportunities in the era of artificial intelligence,releasing the productivity of the maker teachers,catalyzing the role change of the maker teachers,inspiring the educational research potential of the maker teachers and reconstructing the ability structure of the maker teachers.Future development of maker teachers is suggested to adhere to five development paths:firstly,to build an integrated pre-service and post-employment training system for maker teachers;secondly,to enhance the AI knowledge and skills of maker teachers;thirdly,to provide intelligent,precise and personalized teaching and research services for maker teachers;fourthly,to enhance the vitality of maker teachers,and fifthly to help maker teachers adapt to the ecological culture of maker education.
